CODES stands for...

CALIFORNIA OUTDOOR EDUCATION AND SCIENCE SCHOOL
CODES is designed to provide 5th-8th grade students with experiential learning opportunities in the numerous specialties found within the life sciences, biological sciences, and leadership principles.
​
By creating unique lesson plans based on the CA Next Generation Science Standards and our natural opportunities that the San Bernardino Mountain range provides, CODES engages students in classes and activities that bring formal classroom lessons to life through hands-on outdoor experiences that students will remember for life.
